LIVE VIRTUAL BOOTCAMP

Live Virtual Bootcamps are the perfect way to train from the comfort of your living room, home gym,  office, or wherever you choose to be in the world. 

No equipment is required but resistance bands, dumbbells, and kettlebells provide added resistance, difficulty, and progressions. 

These workouts are time convenient with them being 30 to 45 minutes. 

With these workouts you get a touch of personal training as the coach will be able to see a bit of form and technique. 
Class size is limited.
