My Personal Training Packages are sessions that are tailored and programs designed specifically with you and your needs in mind. Starting with a fitness and mobility assessment, and from there I will be able to address your needs that will best help us get the correct form and mobility as fast as possible in or to progress in to proper progressions.
These packages are perfect for the beginner and all the way up to the advanced and will help with proper form and technique as well as an intense workout in just 30 minutes!
Online Personal Training
I can build online training plans and send homework workouts to you. I send you customized workouts with demo videos, and we can manage your workout calendars, and measure progress over time. You check-in, track your workouts and you can message me anytime.
I offer meal planning as an add-on to your in-person or online personal training or you can do just use the online training just as a stand-alone service to clients who only seek nutritional guidance.
Office Circuit Training/Boot Camp
I have been training circuit classes and boot camps at a variety of different businesses like Parker, Smith & Feek, Intellectual Ventures, and Precore. This is a great way to get in shape for the people who don't really have the time to get to the gym before or after work or are just looking to get a quick workout in to break up the day and to help with all those fitness goals while learning several new and different exercises all while having fun with youor friends and a few people you may never have met because you work in different departments.
It is a fantasic way to stay healthy, build moral and positive attitudes around the office!
