​KICKSTART YOUR FITNESS WITH THIS 4 WEEK CHALLENGE!

Have you struggled with your fitness during this down time? Have you found it difficult to find your motivation to get things going again? Well, it's time to kickstart your  fitness with this amazing program designed to get you moving again and to help get you back in shape right before Halloween and the rest of the Holidays kick in.

This challenge starts on October 5th and ends October 30th. I am limiting this program to only 10 participants. Time and space is limited, so don't PROCRASTINATE.

This is for ANY and ALL fitness levels. The program will progressively move you through exercises  through the 4 weeks that will end up pushing you to your limits by the end. It has 3 LIVE workouts that you can partake in LIVE or watch later in the private FB group. You will also have mini workouts posted two days a week that are your homework. There will be daily steps to get that people really enjoyed in the last program and help keep people moving more. 

This program will also provide you with nutrition advice and education to help you reach your goals faster. The Fit in Four 4 Week Challenge includes:
